The limits and fees behind the plan names
AI credits and fair use
AI generation is metered in credits: 500 AI credits / month on Pro and 2,000 AI credits / month on Business, granted monthly on annual plans too. Unused credits roll over for one month on Pro and Business, up to one month's allowance. Design concept 1 · Listing 1 · AI mockup 3 · AI illustration 10. Failed generations are refunded automatically, and top-up packs never expire. Each interactive AI endpoint is also rate-limited to 10 requests per minute per user, and abusive automation, credential sharing, scraping, or attempts to bypass safeguards are prohibited.

Storefront checkout carries a PrintMind platform fee on the merchandise subtotal: 5% on Pro, 3% on Business, 1% on Enterprise. Stripe processing fees are separate. A signed Enterprise order form may specify different commercial terms.

Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is genuinely free forever — no card, no trial countdown. You can run trend reports, generate designs, and build listings without ever entering payment details. The free trial of Pro or Business does ask for a card, so your plan carries on without interruption if you keep it.
How does the 14-day free trial work?
New subscribers to Pro or Business get 14 days free. You enter a card at checkout but are not charged during the trial. On day 14 the plan renews at the monthly or annual price you chose, automatically, unless you cancel first — cancel any time from Settings → Billing and you pay nothing. Each account gets one trial; if you have subscribed or trialled before, checkout charges from day one, and Stripe shows exactly what is due today before you confirm.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing at any point. Your plan stays active through the end of the billing period you already paid for, then drops back to Free. No retention calls.
What happens if I exceed the plan limits?
We don't auto-upgrade or charge overage. Metered plans show a soft block and an upgrade prompt when an allowance is reached. Business generation has no fixed monthly count, but fair-use and per-minute safeguards still apply. Nothing in your account is deleted.
Can I switch plans up or down?
Yes. Upgrades are prorated immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period so you keep paid-for capacity until it expires.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Pro is $279 a year and Business $948 a year, about 20% less than paying monthly. Choose Annual above or at checkout. AI credits are still granted monthly on annual plans. Your first paid subscription charge, monthly or annual, is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of it and have used less than 10% of that period's AI credits: request it in Settings → Billing, and the subscription ends at once. After that, annual-plan cancellations may receive a pro-rata refund for unused full months unless the account was terminated for abuse, fraud, or a material terms breach, and monthly renewals are non-refundable except where required by law or when PrintMind corrects a billing error. At checkout, customers ask for the service to start immediately; for consumers in the EU or UK, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once they start using it, and this first-payment policy still applies.
