Terms of Service
Last updated: July 26, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Tech Innovation Hub LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company headquartered in Houston, Texas, doing business as PrintMind ("PrintMind", "we", "us"), for your use of the PrintMind platform, including the website, web app, APIs, and any related services (collectively the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. If you sign up on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
3. Account & security
- You are responsible for keeping your password and API keys confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
- One person, one account. Sharing accounts breaches these Terms.
4. Plans, fees, and billing
The Service is offered on a freemium model. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise and exclude taxes. By upgrading you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Refunds: Your first paid subscription charge, monthly or annual, is refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of it and have used less than 10% of that period's AI credits: request it in Settings → Billing, and the subscription ends at once. After that, annual-plan cancellations may receive a pro-rata refund for unused full months unless the account was terminated for abuse, fraud, or a material terms breach, and monthly renewals are non-refundable except where required by law or when PrintMind corrects a billing error. At checkout, customers ask for the service to start immediately; for consumers in the EU or UK, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal ends once they start using it, and this first-payment policy still applies. Report a suspected billing error within 30 days. The full policy is at Refund Policy.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in Settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period.
Plan limits: Free and Pro have published daily or monthly allowances for AI-driven features. Business has no fixed monthly count for design, listing, or mockup generation, but documented fair-use and rate-limit safeguards apply. Enterprise allowances are defined in the order form. When a metered allowance is reached, you can upgrade or wait for its reset.
5. Your content, our service
You retain all rights to the niches, designs, listings, and posts you create through the Service ("Your Content"). To run the Service we need a limited license: you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content for the sole purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service for you.
We do not sell, license, or train third-party AI models on Your Content. We do not use Your Content for marketing without your explicit consent.
6. AI-generated output
The Service can use third-party AI models, including OpenAI, Google Gemini, fal.ai, and Ideogram, to generate text and images on your behalf. You own the output to the extent permitted by law and the underlying provider's terms. Important caveats:
- AI output is not guaranteed to be original or copyrightable. Some jurisdictions do not grant copyright to purely AI-generated works.
- You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing. Don't use the Service to generate content that infringes a third party's trademarks, copyrights, publicity rights, or that violates the policies of the marketplaces you publish to.
- We do not indemnify you for IP claims arising from AI output unless a signed order form says otherwise.
7. Acceptable use
The Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms. You agree not to:
- Generate or distribute content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that infringes IP rights.
- Use the Service to spam, phish, or impersonate others.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code, model weights, or other users' data.
- Probe, scan, or load-test the Service without prior written consent.
- Bypass plan limits, rate limits, or authentication mechanisms.
- Use the Service to compete directly with us by repackaging it.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with or without notice depending on severity.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with Stripe, AI providers, marketplaces, social platforms, fulfillment providers, email delivery, monitoring, and infrastructure providers listed in our Subprocessor Register. Your use of those integrations is also subject to each provider's own terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data handling by those providers. If one of them goes down, the affected feature in PrintMind may also be unavailable.
Marketplace and fulfillment support may be native, beta, export-only, or planned depending on the provider. You are responsible for confirming that each listing, product, fulfillment route, refund policy, shipping promise, tax setting, and marketplace action is accurate before selling to customers.
If you use a PrintMind storefront or connected checkout, you remain the seller of record for your products unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. You are responsible for your customer terms, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, consumer-law compliance, product claims, and support obligations. The Storefront Commerce Terms explain these roles in detail.
9. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not promise an availability target or service credits on self-service plans. Enterprise service levels apply only when defined in a signed order form. See Contracted Service Levels. The Service is provided "as is".
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) Tech Innovation Hub LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data; and (b) our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (i) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim and (ii) USD 100.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Tech Innovation Hub LLC harmless from any third-party claim arising out of (a) Your Content, (b) your breach of these Terms, or (c) your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
12. Termination
You can delete your account from Settings at any time; we delete active account data according to our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention and encrypted backup expiration.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or other users. Sections 5–11 survive termination.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may evolve the Service over time. We may change these Terms; if we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, for material changes, email signed-in users. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not subject to a separate arbitration agreement must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Laramie County, Wyoming, and each party consents to that venue, unless non-waivable consumer law provides another forum.
15. Contact
Questions, notices, or legal correspondence: [email protected]. PrintMind is operated by Tech Innovation Hub LLC, incorporated in Wyoming and headquartered in Houston, Texas. A physical notice address will be supplied for a verified legal request or signed order form.
