• Counterfeit goods or content that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Fraud, deceptive product claims, impersonation, phishing, spam, or manipulated reviews.
• Weapons, regulated goods, or products prohibited by a connected marketplace or fulfillment provider.
• Malware, credential theft, unauthorized scraping, access-control bypass, or disruptive security testing.
• Attempts to bypass quotas, rate limits, billing, moderation, or provider policies.

Sellers must review AI output, product safety, rights, claims, pricing, tax settings, shipping promises, and marketplace compliance before publication. Automated risk signals are not legal clearance.

We may remove content, pause publishing or checkout, suspend integrations, preserve evidence, or terminate an account based on severity and legal obligations. Urgent abuse reports may be sent to [email protected].
