Social and email channel availability

Social connectors for Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and Pinterest are beta capabilities. Availability depends on PrintMind's provider app approval, production credentials, provider API access, and the seller's eligible connected account. A connector shown in the product is not a promise that every operation is approved for general availability.

• Instagram publishing requires an eligible professional account connected through Meta.
• Facebook publishing requires an eligible Page and granted Page permissions.
• X, TikTok, and Pinterest operations depend on the scopes approved for the configured provider app.
• Scheduled posts remain subject to provider quotas, moderation, outages, and token expiry.

Campaign delivery uses the configured Resend or SMTP sender. Sellers must import or select only recipients for whom they have a lawful marketing basis and must maintain any consent evidence their jurisdiction requires. PrintMind excludes contacts marked unsubscribed and adds an unsubscribe mechanism to campaign mail.

PrintMind does not currently certify imported consent records or provide a universal deliverability guarantee. Sender-domain verification, list quality, content, recipient-provider filtering, and local law all affect delivery.

Before a campaign, confirm that the connector reports connected, send a limited test, review the resulting provider response, and keep a manual fallback. Contact support for current pilot availability.
