Seller and payment roles
The storefront owner is the seller and merchant of record unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Checkout uses Stripe Connect and processes the payment through the seller's connected account. Stripe deducts its processing fees. Storefront checkout carries a PrintMind platform fee on the merchandise subtotal: 5% on Pro, 3% on Business, 1% on Enterprise. Stripe processing fees are separate. A signed Enterprise order form may specify different commercial terms. Stripe controls payout timing, reserves, and account eligibility.
Seller responsibilities
- Product descriptions, pricing, rights, safety, availability, and storefront content.
- Sales tax, VAT, registrations, invoices, and other seller tax obligations.
- Buyer support, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, returns, and consumer-law compliance.
- Shipping estimates and claims for late, lost, damaged, misprinted, or defective products.
- A clear privacy notice, contact method, return policy, and any personalization restrictions.
Personalized products
Sellers must disclose when a personalized item cannot be returned for change of mind, while preserving rights that apply to defects, incorrect production, nondelivery, or other non-waivable claims. A digital preview is an expected placement preview, not a guarantee of exact physical color, scale, or positioning.
Fulfillment and platform role
PrintMind transmits approved order data to supported providers and displays available status updates. The seller remains responsible for provider selection and resolving fulfillment failures. PrintMind may suspend a storefront for prohibited content, fraud, unresolved risk, legal demands, or provider restrictions.
Buyer terms
Buyers contract with the storefront seller and accept the seller's displayed policies and privacy notice. PrintMind provides the software platform and may process buyer data for checkout, production, support, and security on the seller's instructions.
